Jeopardy host Alex Trebek among presenters at 2019 NHL Awards

On June 19, the 2019 NHL Awards will be held in Las Vegas and be hosted by SNL’s Kenan Thompson.

On Monday afternoon, the NHL announced that one of the headline presenters for the evening will be longtime “Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek. Trebek, who was born in Canada and is a very big hockey fan, will be helping hand out one of the top awards for the evening (though the specific award is currently unknown).

The event marks one of Trebek’s first public appearances since announcing back in early March that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Days after the St. Louis Blues won their first Stanley Cup in their 52-year team history, Hamm, a St. Louis native, finally snapped a photo with the Stanley Cup.

Jon Hamm throws shade at Capitals for never winning Stanley Cup, flubs Alex Ovechkin’s name (Video)

The NHL’s Top 100 Ceremony is off to a great start.

Jon Hamm made a joke about Auston Matthews, which the rookie had no reaction for. Then he filleted the Capitals for never winning a championship and called The Great Eight “Sergei Ovechkin.” It’s painful. You have to see this.
