Carl Hagelin, out since last Friday with an upper-body injury, will not travel with the Capitals to Philadelphia and miss his third consecutive games.
Hagelin did not take the ice during the Capitals’ practice on Tuesday.

Head coach Todd Reirden confirmed that Hags has not resumed skating since getting injured.

What is known is that Braden Holtby will start the nationally televised game.
