HERSHEY, PA — The Hershey Bears continue to receive support from Washington Capitals players during their 2026 Calder Cup Playoffs run.

Thursday, rookie defenseman Cole Hutson and veteran centerman Dylan Strome attended Game 4 of the Bears’ second-round series against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Strome’s younger brother, Matt Strome, is a fourth-line forward and alternate captain on the team.

The two Capitals stars sat in a suite during the game, wearing matching navy blue hoodies.

“Yeah, it’s a lot of fun,” Dylan Strome said to the Capitals’ Katie Florio. “I’ve been up here a few times. And anytime you get the chance to support your brother, you always want to do that. And it’s a huge game. And I’m glad I was able to make the trip down with Cole here.”

“Yeah, it’s unbelievable,” Hutson said of Hershey. “Wish I was in Buffalo watching my brother, but came to support his brother tonight. So it’s been a lot of fun, and you can tell the fans here care a lot.”

Notable Capitals players, coaches, “legends”, and former Bears players who have attended Bears games down the stretch include:
