One of my favorite annual RMNB traditions is asking readers what Capitals-related presents they got during the holiday season.
So I’ll go first. My favorite gifts from my family were Capitals legends-related: a Nicklas Backstrom ‘W’ jersey (from Dick’s Sporting Goods), a signed Henrik Lundqvist sweater (from Fanatics), and a Zdeno Chara used warmup jersey (from Meigray). And though, while not hockey related, I can’t wait to put my new AI birdfeeder out in the yard that detects what birds have visited. I had no idea that was a thing.
RMNB contributor Dani got the gift of Spencer Carbery in t-shirt and puck form while Chris… hasn’t had Christmas yet. Santa has not visited. He’s going to have to explain that one in the comments.
