Capitals center Nicklas Backstrom *could* suit up tonight for Game Four of the Capitals’ first-round series against the New York Islanders.
Backstrom is a game-time decision per head coach Todd Reirden for the first time since suffering a concussion in Game One.
Backstrom participated in the morning skate and will be a game-time decision tonight. Fehervary, tho, did not skate and is out, per Reirden. #Caps

Meanwhile, Martin Fehervary appears to have gotten injured during Game Three and will be replaced in the lineup tonight.
The Capitals, who are down 3-0 in the series, will look to become the fifth team in NHL history to advance after losing the first three games.
“I believe in our chances tonight,” Reirden said.
