Report: The NHL’s had no positive COVID-19 tests since entering the bubble

The NHL entered its bubbles in Toronto and Edmonton with no positive cases of coronavirus and that’s continued since then.

TSN’s Darren Dreger reports that there have been no positive test results during the NHL’s Phase 4.

All 24 playoff teams are staying in hotels north of the border in bubbled off zones away from the public.

The news comes on the heels of the MLB threatening to shutter its 60-game season after 20 players and coaches on the Miami Marlins contracted COVID-19 earlier in the week. Two St. Louis Cardinals had positive tests as well today. Twenty percent of MLB teams have had to cancel games due to positive tests.
