Friedman also reported that teams will play two exhibitions games during training camp and teams will have 28 skaters.
Couple of other notes from Return-to-Play protocol: Two exhibition games per team; 28 skaters and as many goalies as you wish to carry.

The news comes two days after commissioner Gary Bettman revealed the NHL’s 24-team playoff plan on national TV. In that slide deck, the league said that training camps would not open before July 1.
With a three-week training camp being the most discussed option, a possible resumption of the 2019-20 NHL season may not happen until August at the earliest.
