Lars Eller live-tweeted Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final where he scored the Cup-clinching goal. He got chills while doing so.

Lars Eller watched NBC’s re-airing of Game Five of the 2018 Stanley Cup Final on Sunday and live-tweeted his thoughts and feelings throughout the game on his personal Twitter account.

After falling behind 3-2 through two periods, Devante Smith-Pelly and Eller scored two unanswered goals to give the Capitals a 4-3 win.

“Never stop working,” Eller wrote after re-watching his game-winning goal that clinched the Capitals’ first Stanley Cup in team history. “Easily one of the greatest moments of my career. I’ll never forget this one.”

According to NHL.com, it’s the second time Eller’s re-watched the game from start to finish. The first time he did so was with a Danish reporter for a feature story in his home country.
