Former Capitals goaltender Olie Kolzig celebrated his 50th birthday on Monday.
And one of his former teammates from those great 90’s Capitals teams wished him a happy birthday: Peter Bondra!

Bondra, already 52, welcomed Kolzig to the #50 club (and he wasn’t talking about goals).
Kolzig kindly responded to many of his birthday wishes on his personal twitter account but I can confirm it did not make him feel any younger.
Well, that certainly doesn't make me feel young. Happy happy to 'Zilla! https://t.co/2n5Mlr8Fzb

Kolzig also shared in his mentions a photo he took with Alex Ovechkin and Braden Holtby after the Capitals won the Prince of Wales Trophy in 2018.

Meanwhile, Kolzig wasn’t the only one who was feeling his age. Bonzai tweeted this yesterday too.
It’s been that long ? 😳 https://t.co/FcV2oekhAB

These two are forever Capitals legends.
