Capitals forward Jakub Vrana took to Instagram and a treadmill on Wednesday to say hello to his followers and wish them well.
“Stay healthy and in a good shape as much is possible everyone 🖤” Vrana wrote on his Instagram Story video.

Vrana’s note comes a day after the NHL announced that it would be making its players self-quarantine for at least another 10 days until April 6. The Capitals practice facility in Arlington, VA, which has two ice rinks and a large gym, also announced its indefinite closure.
Through 69 (nice) games this season, Vrana set career highs in goals (25), assists (27), and points (52). And it appears he’ll be ready if the season re-starts to add to those totals.
