The Washington Capitals will hold their second Pride Night on Tuesday, January 7 when they play the Ottawa Senators. To commemorate the evening, they’ve designed rainbow flags emblazoned with the weagle and the words ‘ALL CAPS.’
To receive a flag, you must purchase your ticket either through the Capitals’ special group night link or through Team DC, a charitable organization which supports LGBTQ+ inclusion in all Washington, DC area sports.
The Washington Capitals will celebrate members of the LGBTQ+ community on Tuesday, January 7 at 7 p.m. when the Capitals host the Ottawa Senators. Tickets start at $49. All tickets purchased through the special offer will include a Capitals 3’x5′ pride flag.
Team DC will once again hold a happy hour prior to the game (time and place to be determined).

Last year the Capitals’ Pride Night was part of a month-long series of Hockey Is For Everyone events. Currently, the only other nights advertised are Youth Hockey Day on January 5, Kids Night on January 11, and Law Enforcement Appreciation Night on February 25.
