April 2, 2020, is going to be an epic sports day in Washington DC.
ESPN announced that the Washington Nationals’ home opener against the New York Mets will be aired on national TV at 1 PM. The game will be the Nationals banner raising.
Later that night, at 7 PM, the Washington Capitals will play their final home game of the regular season at 7 PM.
So @Nationals home opener set for 1pm followed by @Capitals home finale at 7pm. That'll be a fun double header!! https://t.co/Z1JyUsQeqg
