2018 first-round pick Alex Alexeyev scored his first AHL goal in the Hershey Bears’ home opener.
The Russian defenseman missed nearly all of the preseason due to a concussion, but, in his debut for the Bears, Alexeyev made amends quickly.
“What a amazing feeling to play my first pro game and score first pro goal 🐻🍫,” Alexeyev said after the game on Twitter.
