Hi, my two-year-old son Ethan was too sleepy (and weird) to go out for fireworks tonight so I missed out on all the Independence Day fun.

So instead of feeling jealous, I want you to bring the fireworks to RMNB.

In the DISQUS comments below, I would like for you to post your worst photo of the fireworks tonight. Think blurry, not-in-focus, and not-centered. Or you almost took a perfect photo but then something went catastrophically wrong.

My timeline is full of average photos of fireworks. But I want to see your duds. I bet it will be funny.

Whoever I deem to have the funniest or worst fireworks photo will win a free stars and stripes RMNB t-shirt that they can wear with pride next Independence Day.
