Alex Ovechkin, along with his Russian Caps teammates, won bronze at the 2019 IIHF World Championship on Sunday.
Before flying home, Team Russia celebrated its third-place finish at a reception. Nastya Ovechkina took her followers inside the party on her Instagram Story.
And you guys, there was a lot of seated dancing and fantastic off-pitch singing.

Wearing a Red Machine: This Is Hockey hat, a confident Ovechkin shimmies, shakes, and points as a Russian song blasts over the speakers. Ovi proves that confidence is the most key element of a good dancer.
Y’all, Feel the rhythm! Feel the rhyme! Get on up, it’s bronze medal time!
The Russian troika also “sang” the Russian national anthem together.
Since Russia’s victory on Sunday, the IIHF and the Russian national team have published behind-the-scenes videos. First, the IIHF posted video of the Russian bench celebrating their shootout win.
Inside the locker room, the Caps teammates took photos together and also signed Russian national team jerseys for their teammates.
Eventually, the hockey players returned back to their home country, where Ovechkin was mobbed by fans at the airport.
Now the Caps Russians’ summer finally begins.
