Good ol’ Canadian boy Tom Wilson has remained in the DC area since the Washington Capitals flamed out in the first round to the Carolina Hurricanes in April.
On Saturday, the first-line forward was spotted at the 2019 Preakness Stakes – the second leg of horse racing’s Triple Crown.
Wilson snapped a photo with Myles Shear, the manager behind the music act Kygo, during InfieldFest – a music festival held before the race. Shear posted the photo on his Instagram story with the caption “My brother @tom_wilso.”

Wilson reposted the image and a few others on his own Instagram.
Wilson was likely there because InfieldFest was put together by Club Glow owner and Wilson’s friend Pete Kalamoutsos. Here’s the full schedule of performers.

A Caps fan also managed to snap a photo with Wilson.
The hunky Capitals forward has been spotted around town frequently lately.
Friday night, Wilson visited Roy Boys, which Eater recently ranked as the hottest bar in DC. (Y’all need to invite me – the fried chicken looks delicious!)
Wilson was also snapped visiting Whitlow’s On Wilson – a bar in Arlington.
During the offseason, Wilson has also spent time at BASH – a boxing studio he invested in.
