Lars Eller and Nic Dowd scored in the Washington Capitals’ Metropolitan Division-clinching win, but it was a fan wearing a stunning dress in the lower bowl that captivated social media.
The fan wore a Stanley Cup costume which featured a silver corset attached to a structured skirt. The skirt featured every team that’s currently on the Stanley Cup, including the Capitals on the very bottom row. The fan also rocked a replica Stanley Cup bowl as a hat and silver earrings.
The Capitals’ Twitter account published photos of the fan on the main concourse showing a detail of the dress with the Caps’ tribute.

NBC Sports Washington also featured the fan several times during the telecast, where she even captured posing for pictures with fans.
