Jakub Vrana suffered an awful owie during the Capitals-Hurricanes game. It was agonizing.

How do I know? NBC Sports Washington cameras captured Vrana on the bench as he tried to work through the pain.

His face tells the story.

During a replay, Vrana gets tangled up with Lucas Wallmark. As he falls to the ice, he lands awkwardly on his arm.

Vrana manages to get back to the bench and that’s where things got rough.
