The Washington DC area was hit with its biggest storm of the winter. In some areas around DC, up to 10 inches of snow fell, causing schools to be closed.
Capitals fans, like their favorite hockey stars, took advantage of the slushy snow with their families, building Stanley Cup snowmen. Alex Snovechkin even made another appearance!
