Axel Jonsson-Fjällby, who is not playing hockey in Sweden at this time, just scored his first AHL goal. And it could be the first of many if he stays in the NHL’s feeder league.
The Swedish forward used his NHL-level speed to win a puck race and bury the puck home.

Check out these wheels.
AJF buried the puck past Tristian Jarry glove-side.
The goal gave the Hershey Bears a 1-0 lead in the first period over the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
Jonsson-Fjällby is still with the Bears after the Swedish outlet Hockey Sverige reported that the talented skater was “ready for a return” to SHL Djurgården.
The Bears are looking for their first victory after an 0-5 record to start the season.
