Jostens is selling Capitals championship fan rings for as low as $399

Last week, the Capitals announced that Jostens, the jewelry company that made their championship rings, were selling 145 replicas for $12,018 each.

For those of you who’d rather use that money for a downpayment on a house or a new car, you’re in luck. Monday, soon after the Capitals gave away their championship rings to players, Jostens announced their Washington Capitals Fan Collection, which features affordable championship jewelry inspired by the Capitals rings.

But I have a surprising take. You’re going to leave this article wanting to buy a paperweight for the first time in your life.

Jostens posted images of their $12,018 ring for the first time this evening. It’s impressive. The replica is similar to the Caps players’ design, but yeah, that’s a bit out of my budget.

Jostens is also selling an elite fan ring, which starts at $599. Now we’re talking.

The company is also selling this simpler fan ring, starting at $399. I’m getting intrigued here.

But it’s this $159 Capitals championship paperweight that is just *Italian Chef Kiss.*

Jostens is also offering a $30 keyring, a $300 championship tag, and $300 Stanley Cup cufflinks.

But dang. That paperweight. I need you in my life.
