The Capitals are giving out these DMV-inspired rally towels for Game Four

The Washington Capitals have been giving out rally towels as a giveaway for most of the 2018 postseason.

For Game Four, the towel will have a new design and features license plates from the DMV area. The faux vanity plates from DC, Maryland, and Virginia each say ALL CAPS.

During recent home games, the Caps have laid out the towels on seats to create messages and imagery like the DC skyline, a hockey player, and the phrase ROCK THE RED.
