During his time in Washington, Troy Brouwer scored many goals, but he also did a lot of something else.
Brouwer would videobomb, né Brouwerbomb, his teammates and fans alike. Tuesday, Brouwer took all on a trip down memory lane in the third period.
After Mikael Backlund scored on the power play, a power play Brouwer helped draw, the former Stanley Cup champion decided he deserved some face time too. As cameras found Backlund on the bench, Brouwer noticed and creeped over more into view.
Yes, I did slomo, I always do slomo.
Wow, this is the creepiest videobomb I’ve ever seen, but for some reason, I can’t turn away.
Never change, Troy. Never change.
Looking good, boys! 1950’s train ride, coming up! pic.twitter.com/aINaHQZ41b
