Dmitry Orlov has a whale of a shot, and Saturday night, he scoarlov’d top shelf on Wild goaltender Alex Stalock.

The goal was made possible by a sensational hustle play by TJ Oshie after a draw. Oshie, as he fell down to the ice, pushed the puck to Matt Niskanen at the point. That would be just enough for Niskanen to send a cross-ice pass to Orlov for the one timer.
“Before face-off, we know what we want to do. It kind of work out,” Orlov said during his intermission interview with Al Koken. “We try to do this, this time. It go in. Stevo (Chandler Stephenson) did a great job in front of the net, take guys with him in front of goalie.”
“It’s good to find the net,” he concluded.
With an assist on Orlov's goal, T.J. Oshie has recorded his fourth multi-point game of the season (1g, 1a), tied for the second-most on the Capitals this season.
