The Washington Capitals have heard your complaints and are making a change.
Before the 2017-18 season started, the Caps announced their promotional schedule. The most popular giveaway was the team’s ridiculous Ice Resurfacer Gravy Boat, but the item was only available to fans who purchased a special holiday package.
Capitals season-ticket holders were not happy.

Monday, a reader forwarded us an email she received from her Caps season-ticket manager, and the team will now be giving the gravy boats out to all Club Red 365 members.
Here’s the email:
Dear [Season Ticket Holder],
The Capitals Membership Services team would like to wish all of our Club Red 365 members a Happy Thanksgiving!
Club Red 365 members attending the Wednesday, Nov. 22nd game against the Ottawa Senators or the Friday, Nov. 24th game against the Tampa Lightning can bring their Monumental Membership Pass to redemption table at section 114-115 to pick up their #CapsGiving Ice Resurfacer Gravy Boat!
