I have some great news for those of you who are fans of both Karl Alzner and bad dancing.

The former Capitals defenseman un-retired his dancing shoes for a Montreal Canadiens’ social media push, which celebrated his 29th birthday.

It’s definitely… something.

The last time Alzner got down and boogied this hard was after inking an endorsement deal for local pizza chain, Paisano’s Pizza.
