The band is almost back together.
The Washington Capitals are 11 days away from the start of training camp and their latest biggest star is ambling back to DC.
On Friday, TJ Oshie tweeted a photo of his “co-pilot” for his trip back: a super adorable doggo.

Perhaps the best part of his message is the emoji message at the end of his tweet.
“🐦ed @ ⛽️. Don't 🐦 and 🚗”
I’m going to interpret that as “Tweeted at the gas station. Don’t tweet and drive.”
No matter what you think of his retirement deal, Oshie’s a good player, but an even better role model off the ice.
