If you were to ask me which former Capital would be bold enough to stick his head inside an alligator’s mouth, my first and only guess would be Kevin Kaminski. When Killer played in Washington, he was a fearless enforcer, unafraid to lay a big hit or fight the biggest guy on the ice. He even once lost both his jersey and shirt to try and fight Hall of Famer Mark Messier.
So posing with a gator as a handler holds its mouth open? That’s nothing, dude.
Just cause Gator season started yesterday.. gluck @judemek0214 and @teamvoodoo

Kaminski, the former head coach of the NA3HL’s Louisiana Drillers, posted the image Saturday morning. He now coaches the Fresno Monsters of the Western States Hockey League, a Tier II junior team. Kaminski won the CHL’s coach of the year award with the Mississippi RiverKings in the 2008–09 season.
This isn’t Kaminski’s first rendezvous with dangerous wildlife.
Kaminski has caught a shark while fishing.
He’s also posed with a marlin after deep sea fishing.

His most dangerous run-in with nature was this dustup with a Wild Alan May.
