Alex Ovechkin is shirtless again. But this time, the venue is not an exotic beach or a wedding.

“Today was the first physical therapy session with Alexander Ovechkin in preparation for the new 2017-2018 National Hockey League season,” Dynamo Moscow and former Russian national team physiotherapist Alexey Zharov wrote on Instagram Monday.
Thursday, Ovechkin posted a vertigo-inducing video of himself at the track. Props to Gus, by the way, for the UMD shirt.
Over the last few weeks, Ovechkin appears to have been very active.
Ovechkin was spotted at a CrossFit gym on Tuesday.

For those worried about Ovi heading into next season, don’t be.
Sasha cares and maybe, like Evgeny Kuznetsov predicted, he’ll score 50 goals again.
