Here’s Andre Burakovsky and Nicklas Backstrom lifting heavy things

After spending approximately a week stateside, Andre Burakovsky is back in his native Sweden training alongside Capitals center Nicklas Backstrom.

The two were captured working out in Backstrom’s hometown of Galve Monday doing a very elaborate medicine ball exercise. Backstrom’s personal trainer Andreas Öhgren was leading the workout.

Burakovsky’s definitely showing that 30-pound weight who’s boss.

Beyond working out, Burakovsky also blessed the internet with this photo. Burakovsky went to a Swedish club over the weekend with his sister Alexandra.
