The big news on Saturday was the nuptials of Alex Ovechkin and Nastya Ovechkina (née Shubskaya), a star-studded and musical affair in the couple’s homeland of Russia. But that wasn’t the only important wedding in the Capitals and Capitals-adjacent community. Brooks Laich and Julianne Hough got married as well.
Get ready to be angry at how attractive some people are.
According to People’s exclusive report, Laich and Hough were married during an outdoor ceremony in Idaho while surrounded by friends and friends who are also celebrities. Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul and Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev were in attendance, but I know you really just care about Laich and Hough’s king charles spaniels, Lexi and Harley.
Of course they were there. They were the ring bearers.
People says that Hough wore a Custom Marchesa gown, which sounds nice, and she sure looked pretty. Laich was dressed in a Brooks Brothers tuxedo, and he sure looked pretty as well.
Best wishes to Julianne and Brooks, and hopefully their honeymoon is quickly followed by a new NHL contract.
