The Washington Capitals just had their first pick of the 2017 NHL Draft. On Day 2. At pick number 120.
With their fourth-round pick, the Caps selected Tobias Geisser out of Switzerland. The 6-foot-4, 190 pounds defenseman shoots left.
Here’s what we know about him.
He looks like this.

He plays for ZUG Academy of the Swiss-2 league. He’s played on Switzerland’s U-18 World Junior Championship team for the last two years. He was born on February 13 so he’s an Aquarius.
He appears to be very articulate in the language he speaks.
He is humangous big.
And that’s about it.
Welcome to Washington, Tobias, wherever you are.
Geisser is not here in Chicago for the draft. As it stands now, #Caps' next pick is late in the fifth, pick No. 151 overall.
