For the first time publicly, Alex Ovechkin and Nastya Ovechkina confirmed they are holding their wedding this summer. Saturday afternoon, Nastya posted two photos on her Instagram account, thanking the various vendors that helped make the couple’s “special pre-wedding video.”
“We thank our planners @svadberry (the wedding planning agency) and @partyvision_wedding (wedding video company) for our special pre-wedding video, and for listening to us from the very first day of our interactions, and for ability to hear what we actually want,” Nastya wrote as translated by Igor Kleyner. “We especially want to thank @anna_gorod (wedding for the stars specialist) and @alexandra_partyvision (video company CEO) for organizing the filming of our most beautiful love story.”
According to Balerina Films, the couple filmed the video in Krasnodar and Sochi, Russia. The couple was in the Sochi area last week for some banya enjoying and karaoke singing.
Alex and Nastya were married last summer but will hold their wedding in the next few weeks. One of Ovechkin’s best friends, T-Killah, was the first to let the news slip, recently asking his followers, “Sanya’s wedding is coming up, what should I get him?”
