‘Titantic’ fan Tom Wilson watches Celine Dion performance, calls her the greatest of all time

Capitals forward Tom Wilson became a superfan of Celine Dion after watching Titanic on repeat with former roommates Andre Burakovsky and Michael Latta.

That probably explains why Wilson had an emotional moment after watching Dion perform My Heart Will Go On at the Billboard Music Awards, Sunday night.

I bet he was singing along too.

Dion’s performance was to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Titanic theme song. Dion left most of the viewers in tears.

Wilson saluted the Canadian singer with a goat emoji, calling Dion the Greatest Of All Time.

Dion may have a fan in Wilson, but not everyone is a fan of the song. In a recent interview with Billboard, Dion shared that Kate Winslet hated the song during the filming of Titanic.

“They told me, ‘You know that Kate Winslet said every time she hears the song, she wants to throw up?'” Dion said to Billboard. “And I answered, ‘Thank God she didn’t have to sing it!'”
