Sunday at Nats Park, the Washington Nationals annihilated the New York Mets 23-5. Via the MLB, Anthony Rendon became the first player to go 6-for-6 with three homeruns and 10 RBIs in one game since at least 1913. Bryce Harper also set the MLB record for runs scored in April (32).
That’s cool and all, but I’d rather focus on the amazing fan sitting three rows back from home plate.

Yes, a Capitals fan and RMNB reader showed up to the game wearing one of our 8-bit Hot Stick shirts. Check him out on camera here.

This is bold choice of wardrobe, especially after the Caps’ 6-2 Game Two loss to the Penguins last night. But here’s what I love. This man is still repping his favorite team, unlike 24% of you who are threatening to stop rooting for the Caps if they lose this round two series.
This isn’t the first time one of our shirts have gotten airtime at a baseball game. In 2014, an Orioles fan sitting in the front row wore a Mannyland shirt during a playoff game.
