Wednesday morning, Team Russia players arrived at CONSOL Energy Center with a nice surprise by their lockers. Russian captain Alex Ovechkin had given every player a special Unity Edition of Beats By Dre headphones. The wireless headphones appear to be specially painted in Russia’s colors.

A Caps spokesman was kind enough to give us a closer look at Ovi’s gift and the locker room before the game.

Several years ago, Oveckhin did the same thing for his Caps teammates.
Ovi is a spokesman for Beats By Dre, starring in several commercials for the headphones manufacturer (that was recently bought by Apple).
