Here are four things you need to know about RMNB parties:
- Everyone is welcome. Especially you. RFD is 21 and up, but if you can spill, you can chill. If you’re not sure that you’d be wanted at an RMNB party, let me disabuse you of that notion right now: We want you there.
- Singles will mingle. RMNB parties have spawned actual couples who are in actual love. This party was coordinated by Lindsey Novak, who met her soon-to-be husband at an RMNB Party. I am not making this up.
- Free hugs from Ian. He gives them out like Brooks Orpik gives out bodychecks. Not from Peter though. Think long and hard before you try to hug Peter. The consequences may be dire.
- RFD is located a short walk from the Gallery Place Metro stop. Super convenient if you need to make a quick exit if you’re mortified after being denied a hug from me.
