He has three. It’s a hat trick, folks.

Mike Yeo, soon-to-be-ex-coach of the Minnesota Wild, challenged the play on offside grounds, but he sucks and the initial call was right.
Thirty-four goals for Alex Ovechkin, and his first hat trick in forever, specifically since December 2013, when Ovi scored four on the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Ovechkin now passes Caps legend Mike Gartner in career hat tricks (14). The only other player ahead of Ovi in the franchise: Peter Bondra.
In case you're curious, Ovechkin is now on pace for 54 goals this season.
