After no games for three days, the NHL is back. Whether you celebrated Christmas with your family while jamming to 101.9’s commercial free Christmas music or Christmas isn’t your holiday, it’s time to get back on the horse. Everyone ready?
The Canadiens are 1-9-0 in their past 10 games and are clinging to the Atlantic Division lead. The Curse of the Bambino has nothing on the Curse of the Sasha.
Our main homies over on CSN have the call at 7 PM.

Cuteness Overload
The San Diego Zoo surprised their polar bears with nearly 26 tons of snow for Christmas.

Storylines
- Speaking of cuteness overload, here’s how the Caps spent their holiday break.
- Caps fans got decked out in Caps swag.
- Here’s hoping Canadiens forward, but more importantly, human being Zack Kassian lands on his feet somewhere soon.
- Tomas Fleischmann‘s dirt cheap contract is working out nicely for the Habs.
- The Caps are good but there are reasons to be concerned.
- One area to not be concerned with, not even a little bit, is the power play, which continues to show new looks.
Cool Cities
Montreal is near the top of my list of cities I haven’t visited but want to. The only other one on this continent is Vancouver. I need to get to Italy sometime, too. How about you?
