Last night, the Washington Capitals moved into first place in the Eastern Conference (and continued to pace the Metropolitan Division) with their 4-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. Meanwhile the Washington Redskins, a perennial embarrassment, are somehow leading the (terrible) NFC East despite a losing record.
