We’re five days out from the Winter Classic, and I just wore a t-shirt and cargo shorts to the bank. It appears that crazy mid-Atlantic weather is back for another season. It’s 65 degrees on December 27th. Sixty-five degrees.
It sounds like it’s going to be chilly, which is exactly the type of temperature a Winter Classic game should have. The ice won’t melt. Yay. Unfortunately, there isn’t any precipitation in the forecast. So no flurrying, unless you count that fake plastic stuff they’ll shoot up during the pre-game ceremonies and pretend is snow.
For our readers out of state, bring your RMNB shirts, Caps jerseys, coats, and toques. Also, a pair of sunglasses.
