Braden Holtby in June Edition of Washingtonian Magazine

Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby made a cameo in the latest issue of Washingtonian Magazine. In it, The Holtbeast explains where he feeds and where he, his wife, and fellow Holtbabies reside. I always assumed it was a cave-like dwelling, covered by brush and leaves, but apparently it is not.

I’ll let Holtby explain:

My teammate Jason Chimera told us about Old Town – he lives here, too. We liked it because it’s old, historic, fairly quiet for family life, but at the same time close to DC. It’s not the typical commercialized America – there are a lot of family-owned businesses. I have a son who’s two and another one on the way. My wife wanted to be able to walk places and have a lot of things she could do, because we’re on the road so much. We like walking to Firehook Bakery, King Street Blues, and the Torpedo Factory, but there are so many things we haven’t yet seen.

Because I’m from Frederick, Maryland — the greatest city not just in Maryland but the entire world — I’m not exactly sure where this “Old Town” is. By process of elimination, I assume it’s in or near DC. But when I think of Old Town I think of this.

Thanks to @ClancyKolzig for the pic and the heads up.
