Former Capitals great and new associate goaltending coach Olie Kolzig has put up his 15,260 square foot property up for sale. The 90-acre Kennewick, Washington estate is available for just $4.1 million or, in other words, just a few Maybachs.
The Seattle Times has the deets:
The house owned by the Kolzigs feature three guest suites, private master suite, formal living and dining salons, chef’s gourmet kitchen, two offices, media room, sports bar, gym, craft studio, 1,000 bottle wine cellar and two guest/staff apartments.
The mansion’s expansive sports bar features a dartboard, a hockey table and game-worn jerseys from Jeff Halpern, Alex Ovechkin and Sidney Crosby?? There are also horse and kitten themed bedrooms for his daughters Kendall and Ashlyn and a Spongebob Squarepants themed room for his son Carson.
Below, check out some more exquisite photos of the property, which was published by the Columbia Valley Wine Country Estate website. And one final note: can whoever buys this home please adopt us?
