Andre Burakovsky talks about mistaking a fan’s car for an Uber and the viral story that followed

Monday afternoon, Andre Burakovsky attended Wish Upon A Par, a charity event held at Topgolf. During the event’s meet-and-greet, I asked the injured Swede about his viral Uber incident that happened a week and a half before.

Burakovsky went into a car that wasn’t his Uber, but got driven home by the Caps fans anyway.

Andre Burakovsky enters car thinking it’s his Uber, driver takes him to his destination anyway

The Washington Capitals are not playing for the next six days as they break for their bye week. Forward Andre Burakovsky celebrated this by going out to Top Golf Sunday night.

Burakovsky posted videos from his night out on Instagram, but it’s how he got to his destination that is the talk of social media.
