Alex Ovechkin takes Nastya Ovechkina on honeymoon to the Maldives

Alex Ovechkin’s two-day wedding featured a call from the Russian president, performances by some of Russia’s biggest musical acts, and fireworks overtop downtown Moscow.

Ovechkin’s honeymoon appears to be just as lavish.

Friday, Ovechkin’s wife Nastya documented the couple’s day in the Maldives.

Mike Green is Honeymooning in Paris (Photos)

Washington Capitals defenseman and recently married man Mike Green just posted a photo of his honeymoon. He and wife Courtney ~~Parrie~~ Green are in Paris. “Just a nice dinner along the Sienne River France,” Green wrote, along with the hashtag #eiffeltower.

As one commenter put it on Instagram, that’s “disgustingly adorable, you guys.” Seconded.
