Day One of Caps Training Camp In Photos

Friday was Media Day at Kettler as the Capitals opened their 2015 Training Camp. Training Camp will last until October 6, by which time the final roster should be selected.
There are three groups hitting the ice the first few days of camp, which comprises a total of 64 players. The groups will start being “adjusted” starting Sunday, September 20th. Day One was focused on drills on the Arlington Rink, and skate tests on the Capitals Rink. As the rounds of players raced back and forth across the ice, their teammates crowded the benches and behind the glass to watch and support. Jay Beagle spent time after finishing his laps to stay on the ice to encourage his teammates. Gotta love this team.
