Hershey Bears to wear chocolate-covered jerseys

The Hershey Bears will wear chocolate-covered jerseys Saturday night against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms to kick off their Chocolate-Covered February promotion.

All fans will get free candy upon exit and will have a chance to bid on these special sweaters.

Unlike promotion jerseys in the past, these Bears sweaters are not gimmicky – in fact, they’re really well done and could operate as a third jersey in the future.

The elegant and subtle design shows chocolate covering a tan color, reminiscent of a wafer you would find in a Kit Kat. The chocolate drip happens on the arms of the jerseys too.

At the game, there will be a Hershey Character Party at Giant Center where Hershey candy mascots will interact with fans.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased here.
