Alex Ovechkin becomes human car in latest mind-blowing workout

Alex Ovechkin may already have plans on a second career after his hockey career ends.

On Monday, the Russian machine debuted a new workout routine utilizing some ingenious Russian engineering. Ovechkin made himself into a human car by doing a modified pushup while nudging this contraption forward.

Ovechkin’s Instagram caption reads, “@Pavelheadcoach always at my side.”

The Great 8 also did a power run with weights strapped to his back and flipped a giant truck tire Brock Lesnar style.

This summer, the Stanley Cup-winning Ovechkin has taken to Miami Beach and worked out by doing frogger jumps and kayaking.
